• Healing Balm is designed for deep tissue repair and healing. It burrows into areas where tissue or muscle fiber has been damaged and slowly, methodically knits things back together. Can also be used on stressed ligaments and tendons, or for assistance with post-surgical repair.

  Call on the power of the Medicine Wheel when you use this blend, asking the healing spirits and medicine beings of the Four Directions to convene and assist in your healing.
  

  In the area that you are working with, visualize a clearing of scar tissue and rebuilding fresh growth from the inside out. Your intentions are just as important here as the essential oils themselves. Trust your inner healer to be part of the process.

  What does that mean?
  It is blended at three times the strength of our Everyday Blends and thus is very potent. If you are a highly-sensitive person and/or have sensitive skin, please consider using another blend from our line (Heal Thyself is a perfect substitute!). Alternatively, be sure to read instructions for testing under the "How To" tab.
  
  
• Base of: Comfrey-infused Olive oil* Rosehip Seed oil,* Arnica-infused Jojoba oil*

• Use 2-3 pumps on the affected area 2-3 times daily until a shift occurs; then you can shift to 1-2 times daily until you feel more permanent healing. Massage in well with gentle, focused strokes and circles; by heating the oil with your hands, you will encourage the oils to move deeper into the fascia, tissues and musculature.
  
  Because this is a medicinal-grade blend, it is important that you test the blend on a small patch of skin before you begin using it regularly. If any reaction occurs (rash, redness, heat coming to the surface), you can first try diluting the blend in a clean base oil (Olive, Almond and Coconut oils work well) at a 1:1 rate. If reaction still occurs, discontinue use immediately.*
  
  All BodyMantra oils are designed for daily use and ritual. Each blend is handcrafted with directed intention so that you are receiving both medicinal and energetic benefits. Consider developing your own mantra, to be spoken and felt as you apply your oil, to add to its potency. For best results, use within six months of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place.
  
  Apply immediately following a morning shower, or use as part of an evening ritual before bed. Multiple pumps of this oil can be used safely, as the essential oils in this formula are diluted.
