The Ritual

Apply 3-4 pumps to the area calling for attention to consciously ignite your inner medicine:

Physical: Apply directly to the site of physical tension, wounds, or discomfort.
Emotional: Apply to the heart center to soothe heartache or emotional fatigue.
Spiritual: Apply to the third eye or crown to navigate uncertainty and seek clarity.

The Ingredients

BASE OF: Jojoba oil

ESSENTIAL OILS: Rosemary, Black Spruce, Ginger, Vetiver, Frankincense, Lavender

Rosemary
is strong medicine — waking up all body systems, particularly the immune system and the part of your brain that knows how to direct the body toward self-healing. An insistent oil that strengthens from the inside out.

Black Spruce
brings expansiveness and depth, burrowing in deep to areas that have been hiding or asleep for a long time, gently coaxing those aspects back to the surface so all systems are online.

Ginger
stirs things up when they need stirring — particularly when you are feeling sluggish. It also helps you "burn off" what your body no longer needs to carry: illness, body patterns, any form of excess.

Vetiver
brings a solid, slow frequency to keep you grounded as you wake your body up in new ways, maintaining stability through connection to Earth.

Frankincense
taps into energies beyond what your mind can wrap around, calling on the part of you capable of great self-healing and supporting you to embrace the inexplicable aspects of your healing journey.

Lavender
helps your central nervous system stay centered as it adjusts and calibrates through any healing process you initiate.

BodyMantra oils are designed for daily use and ritual. Use within six months of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place. Each blend is handcrafted with intention so that you are receiving both medicinal and energetic benefits. Consider developing your own mantra, to be spoken and felt as you apply your oil, adding to its potency. Refer to the recommended rituals for this unique essential oil blend for more detail.
