All domestic (U.S.) orders are shipped via Priority or First-Class Mail by the US Postal Service. We ship orders within 48 hours of receipt, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 11:00am Mountain Time on Friday or on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped the following week.

For international orders, please read below.

Domestic Shipping

  • $5.95 Flat Rate (2-5 days) sent either First Class or Priority, at our discretion, for orders of 1-3 bottles anywhere in the United States.
  • $11.50 Flat Rate (2-5 days) sent Priority for orders of 4 or more bottles anywhere in the United States.

Because all shipping is via US Postal Service, please use the shipping address where you receive your postal service mail. Delivery Confirmation is a free service, and occurs with every shipment. BodyMantra is not be responsible for shipments once they are indicated as delivered by the US Postal Service tracking system, available at www.usps.com.

If you need rush or express services, you may contact us and we will do our best to take care of your needs. Rush and Express Mail fees will apply.

We are happy to process your international orders on-line and charge shipping based on your selection of Priority Mail International or First Class International – your choice. Please see below for general estimates of shipping costs.

First Class International delivery dates are not guaranteed, and packages cannot always be tracked with this service. Our shipping cost includes basic insurance coverage, though we cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages sent by this method.

If you want to be able to track your package all the way to the safety of your doorstep, we recommend that you choose Priority Mail International, with delivery within 6-10 business days of shipping.

Please note that many countries levy taxes on products received from outside their borders. Customer is responsible for all of these charges; BodyMantra will not reimburse for any import, customs or other fees.

We currently do not accept returns on internationally-shipped products.

First Class International (range is for 1-9 bottles of product - more than 9 bottles requires Priority Mail International shipping):

Please note that we do not send samples-only packages outside of the U.S.,. You may certainly have us include some samples if you are placing an order for full-sized product.

Order Processing

We endeavor to give you the freshest, most potent product possible by blending our products the same week in which they are ordered. We ship within 48 hours of your order being placed, Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 11:00am Mountain Time Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following week. If there is any delay of more than two business days in processing your order, we will notify you via email.

Payment Methods

You may pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Returns

BodyMantra will accept returns of unopened packages within 10 days of order receipt as indicated by the delivery tracking system of the USPS. If you are unfamiliar with our products, please order sample sizes of the oils that interest you. We will also happily replace, at our expense, any item that arrived damaged or was mis-shipped due to our error. Opened packages cannot be returned. Custom-blended oils cannot be returned under any circumstances.

To return any items, you must first receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and return address from us. Please email us with your order number, and what items you’ll be sending back. We’ll send you an RMA number that must appear on the address label of your package. This ensures we are able track and process your return as quickly as possible… thank you for your help!
