Our Two Shipping Rhythms
Everyday Blends
These blends ship Monday-Friday, except on holidays.
Seasonal/Limited Edition Blends
These blends follow a quarterly shipment calendar, aligning with the Equinox and Solstice thresholds, and only ship during their designated fulfillment windows (see below).
* A note about Combined Orders: If your order contains both Everyday and Seasonal blends, the entire order will ship together during the designated Seasonal window.

Shipping Rates
We ship via USPS (Priority or Ground Advantage) to ensure reliable delivery to your postal mailbox in the United States.
Orders of 4+ Bottles: FREE SHIPPING (excludes wholesale)
Orders of 1–3 Bottles: (outside Colorado): $5.50 Flat Rate
Orders of 1–3 Bottles: (within Colorado): $4.50 Flat Rate
Note: We are not shipping internationally at this time.
Carrier & Delivery
USPS Protocol
Because we ship exclusively via the US Postal Service, please provide the shipping address where you regularly receive your mail. Delivery Confirmation is included with every shipment.
Arrival & Responsibility
Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the USPS tracking system, BodyMantra is no longer responsible for the shipment. You may track your parcel at usps.com.
Our Commitment to You: We understand how important these blends are to your daily practice. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery window. While we cannot guarantee a replacement in every scenario, we are committed to working with you to find a resolution that honors our relationship and your journey!
Rush Orders
If you require expedited or express shipping, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request; additional Rush and Express Mail fees will apply.
Return Policy
BodyMantra will accept returns of unopened, unwrapped bottles of oil within 7 days of order receipt as indicated by the delivery tracking system of the USPS. We will also happily replace, at our expense, any item that arrived damaged or was mis-shipped due to our error. Opened packages (tissue paper and sticker seal removed) cannot be returned. Custom-blended and Limited Edition Seasonal oils cannot be returned under any circumstances.
To return any items, you must first receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from us. Please email us with your order number and what items you’ll be sending back. We’ll send you an RMA number that must appear on the address label of your package. This ensures we are able track and process your return as quickly as possible. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender.
