Crafted to fortify your foundation, this blend brings you instantly back to the physical self, connects you to the solidity of the earth’s gravitational field. It is particularly supportive for days when anxiety leaves you feeling like you are "floating," providing the instant grounding needed to return you to your center.

The Ritual

Apply 1 pump per foot, covering the entire surface. For times when more substantial grounding is required, massage 2-3 pumps along the length of each leg, moving downward toward the soles to seal your connection to the earth.

attends the most delicate aspects of your root system. Just like any plant, you have an extensive root system that is highly sensitive and responsive to your needs — this oil keeps those peripheral systems growing strong.

Vetiver
has a frequency that makes it natural for you to slow your own frequency, moving you away from too-fast, uprooted behaviors that leave you scattered and exhausted.

Lavender
calms the central nervous system and relaxes the mind, helping get you out of "frenzy mode" and into a state of more ease.

Sage
