The Ritual

Choose the invocation that matches where you are in Bear's cycle — going inward or returning to the world.

RETREAT
Massage one to two pumps into the soles of the feet or the heart center, inviting yourself to turn inward, settle into the quiet of the cave as you listen for the voice of Spirit and allow your body to rest.

GROUND
Press one to two pumps into the base of the spine (sacrum) or the lowest belly, asking Bear to help you deeply root into the wisdom of the earth, particularly if you are focused more externally and are in need of a steadying force.

TRUST
Rub one to two pumps in gentle, circular motions over the solar plexus (above the navel), releasing the pull toward outside validation—actively quieting and returning to your own internal wisdom.
