The heart is the emotional center of the body—the wellspring from which all feeling spirals outward. To move emotion through the body rather than allowing it to stagnate, the heart must be continually invited to remain open and receptive.

Heart Presence is crafted to assist in the softening and expansion of this sacred center. It is a ritual tool for accessing your most tender, real emotions and expressing them with kindness and clarity. By tending to the heart, you allow your most authentic self to radiate into the world.

The Ritual

Apply 2-3 pumps in a circular motion over the chest. For an added dimension of support, have a trusted partner apply the oil to the same location on your back, sandwiching the heart in warmth and intention.

The Ingredients

BASE OF: Jojoba oil, Avocado oil

ESSENTIAL OILS: Geranium, Lemongrass, Cedarwood, Myrrh, Rose

—

Geranium
invites your heart to expand all the way to its edges, burrowing into all chambers of the heart with graciousness, opening the valves from the inside out.

Lemongrass
speaks to the bones of your sternum, asking them to loosen and give more room for your heart — softening bone to the perfect level, creating structure without rigidity.

Cedarwood
activates curiosity. As you expose your heart more fully, fears arise — Cedarwood balances those fears by engaging your natural curiosity about what more is to be learned by living from your heart.

Myrrh
champions the inherent Unknown that comes with living from the heart, helping you embrace uncertainty and welcome the tremors that come with vulnerability.

Rose
softens sharp edges. As old fears and pains arise or strong emotions surface, Rose helps you continue recalibrating toward rest and equilibrium in the heart.
