  Surrender is not about abandoning the reins of your life; it is about loosening your grip so you can breathe and open to the vastness of what is possible. This blend is crafted to help release resistance and open to the current of your life, welcoming all that comes your way with a spirit of receptivity and curiosity.

  The Ritual:
  Apply 4-6 pumps to any area where the body feels tight or resistant. As the day passes, use the scent as a sensory anchor to commit to new layers of yielding, allowing yourself to soften into the flow.

  Bergamot

  Lavender
  to calm your nerves and bolster the inner assurance that letting go is a good thing. Surrender often brings up feelings of fear and doubt, which can easily take over and sabotage us. This oil will keep you from being governed or paralyzed by those feelings.
  
  Black Spruce
  leads in this blend with its commitment to digging deep into your old, most ingrained patterns.
